Mangia Cibo Culinary Lab is a film-ready kitchen studio where food, creativity, and community come together. Designed with the look and feel of a professional cooking show set, the space hosts immersive culinary experiences and serves as a versatile canvas for private events and content production.

We produce ticketed events including hands-on cooking classes, pop-ups, workshops, and curated experiences with chefs and creators. The studio is also available for private rental for celebrations, brand activations, corporate events, content shoots, and creative gatherings.

Mangia Cibo is not a public restaurant.

Access is by ticketed event, reservation, invitation, or private booking only.

Our Story

Mangia Cibo Culinary Lab was created by three passionate tastemakers with a shared love for food, storytelling, and unforgettable experiences.

The vision comes to life through the combined talents of Anthony Sciarratta, founder of Sciarratta Public Relations and a seasoned media producer; Biagio Fortunato, co-owner of the iconic Fortunato Brothers Bakery, a Brooklyn institution known for its authentic Italian pastries; and Joe Pirreca, the force behind Tutto Calcio Espresso Bar, where Italian coffee, culture and community thrive.

Together, this trio brings a dynamic blend of culinary heritage, media expertise, and event production to Mangia Cibo - a unique space where cooking meets culture, and every event is a story waiting to be told. Their mission is to create a home for chefs, creators, and food lovers to gather, collaborate, and celebrate the art of cuisine in all its delicious forms.
